Compared with the Astra Van, which is still available to operators less worried about maximum cube and cargo capacity, the Astrantax offers 24 per cent more load space in its 2.32m body (1.87m3 in the Astra Van) and can carry up to 120kg more payload.
'Fwo basic Astramax models, both using the same body shell, are offered — the 365 and 560. These designations refer to the maximum unijOrmly distributed payload (in kilograms) each nmdel can carry.
