• A Smalls and Parcels Working Grout has been set up by the Freight Transpori Association to consider all matters relating to smalls and parcels traffic, including services, costs and charges, and to advise the FTA User Committee on these aspectt of its work.
Matters which may be considered by the working party include metrication in the parcels sector; the Freight Integratior Council's investigation into smalls services the scope, availability and lack of smallt and parcels services on a national scale. rationalization of parcels services; weigh) and size limits on parcels by post; and the adequacy of the existing limitations al liability in Conditions of Carriage.
