The I.R.T.W.A. aims "to re-establish the principle that a worker may have free choice of trade union or association, regardless of political considerations."

N.P.W.U. was to have sought an injunction in the Vacation Court on Wednesday (September 11) to restrain London Transport from dismissing members of the Union if they did not join the Transport and General Workers' Union.
