Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SEALINK is introducing revamped services from Portsmouth and Weymouth to Cherbourg and the Channel Islands next spring. All ferries will be ro-ro, but freight capacities are unknown at the moment, a Sealink spokesman said.

One of the new features is the Starliner service. The overnight part of the service will operate between Portsmouth and the Channel Islands. During the daytime, the two Starliner ships will sail between Portsmouth and Cherbourg and the Channel Islands. Sealink says that the two ships allocated to the Starliner service will be rebuilt to provide a luxurious service.

But few RHA members are expected to choose this option, which Reed is confident will be dispensed with by early next year.
