in fines issued as graduated fixed penalties (GFPs) for CV drivers — the first increase since the agency was granted the power to issue GFPs in 2009. The new levels will apply to a variety of offences. The changes, expected to be introduced in July, will see: a £30 nonendorsable fine rise to £50; a £60 endorsable and non-endorsable fine rise to £100; a £120 endorsable and non-endorsable fine rise to £200; and a £200 endorsable and non-endorsable fine rise to £300.
