IN A reserved decision the North-Western LA has granted Arthur Kay (Preston) Ltd., a new A licence for four vehicles totalling 15+ tons, with a normal user of: Meat, Great Britain. Foodstuffs within 20 miles of base. The LA has, however, decided that one vehicle shall not be specified on the licence until two months after the date of issue.
In another reserved decision, the LA has decided to suspend for one month a vehicle operated by P. Fahey, of Rusholme.
