FREIGHT Computer Servicef the National Freight Company' data processing subsidiary, ha won a £95,000 order to desig and install a computer syster for Morlands Ltd, an indeper dent brewer based at Abingdor Oxfordshire.
The system, which involve the installation of a mini-compu ter with a network of ten VOL terminals, will handle sale order processing.
It will cover stock control, th production of distribution docu mentation, purchase order regis tel and purchase ledger, sale invoicing, analysis and sale ledger.
FCS, specialist in compute applications for bonded wars house and distribution opera tions, designed the system fa the Morlands operation, using Honeywell 6 computer whici will be installed tested and rur fling byJuly this year.
