MAN who injured his wrist trying to start a 1933 lorry was unsuccesswhen he claimed damages from his oyers at Worcestershire Assizes, last .. He was Mr, George Such, Queen Lbeth Road. Kidderminster; who ght an action against the Economical , Iron and Steel Co., Kidderminster. r. Such said he was delivering coal 1933 lorry which was not in normal -there were no lights or brakes and starter handle was faulty. He had se the starter handle so often that ight hand. became sore. Eventually handle kicked hack, knocking him the road and injuring his wrist.
Is wrist was in plaster for ll months re he underwent an operation and he unable to find light work until three ths afterwards. Now he was a van r. but he still had difficulty in fling buttons, and had to employ :one to dig his garden.
