Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

By the time Motor Panels won a Design Council Award for its Standard Panel Concept in 1979, it had built 300,000 cabs of various designs during the preceding 12 years. The SPC originated as the Mark V cab in the early 1970s and was considered for the prototype Ford Transcontinental before Ford opted for the Berliet cab.

This cab was widely used by Foden and also on the Scammell Commander tank transporter, along with less familiar vehicles such as the Dutch FTF range, Dennis export trucks, Scammell Nubian crash tenders, Shelvoke and Drewry special purpose vehicles, the German Tatra-based Semex 6x6 (with normal control) and the Irish Dennison range.
