Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Worthing-based International Automotive Design has won a contract to design, engineer and build a prototype 10-seater minibus for the Tianjin Minibus Works in China.

LAD will work in conjunction with a Far Eastern partner on the project, believed to be from Japan. The first prototype will be ready for evaluation by the middle of next year.

The company has spent the past 20 months negotiating the contract, and the final agreement was signed at the Automotive China '86 exhibition in Beijing.

Under the agreement a team of 45 IAD engineers will travel to China to work on the project, and a party of Chinese will come to the UK to learn the skills of body design and engineering.

LAD has previously worked on bus design projects for Daf, and was also involved in the development of Volvo FL truck cabs.
