EDUCATING ENGINEERS • The Road Transport Engineer in Europe — meeting training and education needs is the theme for the third Institute of Road Transport Engineers' education conference to be held at Sandwell College, West Bromwich on 27-28 October.

Among the speakers will be representatives from industry and educational establishments, and there will also be an open forum session.
