• A transfer bus service between Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Underground and Southern Region stations will be introduced during weekends throughout the summer.
The buses — Sp pay-as-you-enter will run every 10 to 20 minutes. Boarding points will be outside the Coach Station's Coach man Buffet Bar in Buckingham Palace Road, and outside the Whistle Stop Inn, in the BR forecourt of Victoria Station.
The operator, National Travel (NBC) Ltd, says that although it is only a short walk between stations, the service will be welcomed by parents, those with heavy baggage, and older passengers.
