Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEX Tillotson is to join Leyland Vehicles and Lombard North Central Ltd in starting a comprehensive lorry leasing campaign.

Lex will also be supplying a comprehensive back-up service. If required, it will link the leasing arrangement to a Lex maintenance programme, where all servicing, maintenance and administration is taken care of.

A purchase and leaseback scheme will be in operation, whereby the company will buy one lorry or an existing fleet at the current market value, and then lease them straight back.

Under the new scheme, all leased vehicles are eligible for entry to the operator support systems, Leyland Co-Driver. This has four sections, comprising of Linkline — a 24-hour breakdown service: SAVE — computerbased system for analysing vehicle expenses; Truckcover — a comprehensive second year vehicle warranty; and Europ Assistance — a Continental service back up network.

The scheme will be co-ordinated from five Lex branches in Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Hull and Bradford.
