Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANEW oil engine and a petrol unit of 31-in, bore and 4-in, stroke are now being produced for the David Brown Taskmaster industrial tractor. The power output of the four-cylindered compression-ignition unit has been raised to 34 b.h.p. at 1,800 r.p m. and of the petrol engine to 41 b.h.p. at 2,300 r.p.m.

Other alterations to the tractor include a towing jaw attached to the front bumper bar and modification of the hand brake to provide more space around the controls.
