Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SURELY the BAOD is dead? I went to the funeral in Coventry when Mike Wells, George Kelly and Harry Bolan were all but hanged by a few idiots who could not see the end of their nose for self-importance.

If the BAOD is alive then what's happened to it in this area? We have a committee member of the BAOD who has not been to, or been informed of, any meetings since early on this year.

The biggest thing wrong with the owner-driver, as with most people is that he always asks, "What do I get out of it?" This is the downfall of the BAOD, everybody wants but nobody will give.

J. W. GILL, Ex-chairman, Chilterns Owner-Driver Association, Dunstable, Beds.
