OVERDRIVE, the driving agancy, is to accept legal respo sibility for its drivers as from Monday, October 15.
Up till now, the client company is legally responsible sin. the driving agency does not hold an Operator's licence. B Overdrive claims that it is the first driving agency to change i contractual terms so that it takes on the employer's respo sibility for its drivers.
