SCOTCROSS, the holding company of body-builder AC Penman of Dumfries, has gone into liquidation. One of the major loss-making companies within the group was Wilkie and Paul Packaging.
AC Penman was exhibiting at the Scottish Motor Show at Kelvin Hall earlier this week, but was forced to pull out because of the holding company's liquidation.
Volvo will be taking over the stand.
