more Six Wheelers Ltd., is taking dyer a Board of Trade factory at Harelaw, Stanley, Co. Durham, it was learned this week. Extensions to the factory are in hand and 50,004 sq. ft. are expected to be ready for occupation early in 1966: it is planned to employ a staff of about 200.

A'part of the policy of the Road Haulage Association to bring operators into closer Contact with the vehicle manufacturers, a group of members attended a discussion in London on Tuesday. The meeting was under the chairmanship of Mr. C. W. Oliver. chairman of the Association's highways and vehicles committee, and representatives of the manufacturing," engineering and supply department of Vauxhall Motors Ltd. were present.

Points dealt with included mechanical and design problems, spare parts shortages, delays and repairs, the cost Of repairs, particularly where operators did not have facilities to maintain their own vehicles and loss of use when vehicles were off the road.
