Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Advice to coach operators attending the Glasgow Garden Festival is published in the Scottish Notices and Proceedings at the request of the Strathclyde Police.

All coaches should follow the signs for the city centre and then the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC). Leaflets showing the primary routes and setting-down points are available from the Garden Festival Company, Brand Street, Glasgow (te1041 4298855).

After setting down passengers, drivers are directed to the Festival Coach Park at Helen Street, adjacent to Junction 24 on the M8. Facilities are provided for drivers.

A radio communications system is provided there linking the park to the SECC in order that coaches can be called back to pick up at the appropriate time.
