EFFORTS are being made to increase the links between the Freight Transport Association and other trade associations which may have an interest in transport matters.
As part of this, a meeting is being arranged in London later this month when FTA representatives will discuss specific issues with representatives of other associations.
THE BRITISH Road Federation points out that the annual tax take from road users is £10bn, and not £90bn as given in CM, March 31.
