Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THIS MONTH Fodens Ltd has appointed a regional manager for northern Europe and Scandinavia and at the same time opened a new plant in South Africa. These are the two latest moves in a vigorous export campaign being conducted from Sandbach.

Mr Edwin Foden told CM this week that 25 per cent of the company's output was now being directed into an export market which ranged from just over the Channel, through to the Middle East, into the Orient and over to Australasia. "In the course of the next four years," he said, "this figure will rise to 35 per cent."

Fodens foreign vehicles have at least a 50 per cent British-built content and in all the markets the sales, stores, and maintenance staffs are brought to Sandbach for training to ensure that the Foden image abroad is maintained at the high standard which has been achieved at home.
