Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW specialist North of Scotland parcel delivery service has been established by Graham Beggs Radio and TV, a 13vehicle fleet operator covering Wick, Thurso and Brora in Caithness and Sutherland.

Mr Beggs felt there was a need for a specialist, locally based parcel service and this has now been launched as Beggs of Wick, doing parcel delivery and warehousing in the area north of Inverness.

It is cooperating with SPD at Inverness and taking delivery into the remoter areas at cheaper rates and faster time, it is claimed, than the Post Office or British Rail.

It is organising further vehicles and staff to handle the work and is planning to work especially for mail order firms which do considerable business in such isolated areas.

The transport manager at Beggs is David Thomson and he will be responsible for the new service which has been organised after a year of research into needs and facilities.
