NEWPORT-BASED AT Counsell Haulage has expanded its fleet with the addition of an increasingly rare beast a Seddon Atkinson without a refuse body attached. The R5 Strato has a United Trailers tipping body which offers a payload of 11.7 tonnes; it will be used for delivering sand and stone to builders' merchants. Power comes courtesy of parent company Iveco's 5.9-litre Tector engine
