• Transport Development Group Ltd has acquired the entire issued share capital of Parkers Transport Ltd, of Raikes Lane, Bolton, Lancashire, and its associated companies, W. and J. Parker (Haulage Contractors) Ltd and 0. Smith (Haulage) Ltd.
The companies operate a total of 50 general haulage and tanker vehicles, and will continue under the direction of the existing management. The TDG fleet now exceeds 5000 vehicles.
