milk processing development by the Express Dairy Co. Ltd. which enables normal tasting . milk to be kept for six months without refrigeration, or indefinitely in a refrigerator, have led to speculation about early changes in milk delivery patterns.
A spokesman for Express Dairy told The Commercial Motor this week that no change was planned, and certainly there was no present intention to start fiveor six-day retail deliveries because of the keeping qualities of this milk.
