Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NOTEBOOK in hand, I dutifully sat in front of the television on Saturday morning, for the first time in my life, waiting to see Vroad haulage industry's contributions to the Lord Mayor's procession. For 45 minutes I was treated to countless bands, from the mellifluous Royal Marines to bankers' New Orleans jazz, and every form of transport activity — even cycling — except professional road haulage.

At one stage I thought I was watching the Ford Mayor's Show. I waited in vain for any sign of the Road Haulage Association, National Freight Corporation or any other road haulage organisation. Perhaps they got lost in the Multicoloured Swap Shop.
