Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The BigMove fleet is a co-operative of heavy iransport specialists. It has access to some 220 tractor units and 400 special semi-trailers, distributed across 12 locations in Germany and Austria. The fleet presents itself as a building kit system, in order to transport heavy goods efficiently. The 'chameleon', specially designed for this system, offers a very wide range of uses for a heavy transport semi-trailer.

The universally usable semi-trailer weighs almost 29 tonnes. If the dead weight of a tractor unit of 12.5 tonnes is added, then a combined unladen weight of 41.8 tonnes is not exceeded. This makes permanent permission for unladen trips possible. The BigMove permission centre also keeps route permissions for the German motorway network available for loads up to 119 tonnes. BigMove locations provide a network within which freight dimensions of 3.5m in width and 78 tonnes of payload can be handled without fuss. See www.0800bigmove.net for more information.
