Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I refer to your report (CM, April 5) that Welcome Break is to operate the first M25 service area, due to open in May next year. Your report didn't mention the location, South Minims. FrA has been in the forefront of efforts to secure services on the M25; the Welcome Break

development is obviously a welcome break.

However, operators and drivers might well be concerned over your report that lorry drivers will be welcome to use the facilities, but not park there. I can set their minds at rest. There are already parking and refreshment facilities for lorry drivers at South Mimms (Bignells Corner) run by Frank Deards. These will be extended in parallel with the Welcome Break development, but will continue to be run separately by Deards, and will have direct access to and from the M25.
