AT a sitting, last week,. Mr. W. .Chamberlain, M.Inst.T., chairman of the North-Western Traffic Commissioners, paid a sincere tribute to the late Mr. C. Crosland Taylor, who, until his recent untimely death, was managing director of Crosville Motor Services, Ltd. Mr. Chamberlain remarked that the Commissioners -would not have overcome so soon their initial difficulties had it net. been for Mr. Taylor's assistance. Mr. G. OuseleySmith and Mr. .G. P. H. Beanies associated themselves with Mr. Chamberlain's remarks.
