Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T° provide an emergency reserve of power, 20 transportable generating sets have been purchased by the Argentine Government from the National Gas and Oil Engine Co., Ltd. Four of these are trailer-mounted and all are carried on skid-type underbases, so being interchangeable.

When lifted from the trailers, the sets can be put into use as semi-peimanent installations. The four trailers are 16wheeled models made by the British Trailer Co., Ltd., Manchester, and they have steel superstructures with sheet-steel panelling. Each of the sets comprises a National R4AUU8 turbocharged eight-cylindered oil engine direct-coupled to a Brush alternator of 500 kW. output, with Brush switch gear, air compressor, fuel tank and lubricating-oil purifiers.

Trailer mounting facilitates the emergency use of such sets in any one of the hundreds of small centres in the country. The normal power output of these stations ranges from 500-3,000 kW., and in the event of a shut-down on the mains supply the trailer units provide an alternative source of current for the time being.
