Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

EVERY distributor should be equipped with an instant recording thermometer to ensure that product temperatures of goods received from the factory were at an acceptable level. Every vehicle should be provided with a readily visible distant reading thermometer and the driver should be required to keep a vehicle refrigeration log, just as he is required to maintain a journey record. These were points made on Monday by Mr. Peter Thompson, transport manager of Birds Eye Foods, Ltd., in a paper read at the annual convention of the National Association of Wholesale Distributors of Frozen Foods.
