Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FIVE Leyland Leopards on order for West Hartlepool Corporation Transport will be fitted with the first bodies to be built by Eastern Coach Works Ltd. on other than Bristol chassis since the Leyland/THC shares exchange last year.

The new buses might well be the first with ECW bodies on any chassis to be delivered to non-THC undertakings following the exchange, as an order for two Bristol Lodekkas with ECW bodies for Lowestoft Corporation Transport remains "provisional".

A front and rear design similar to that employed on Bristol/ECW RE buses will be used on the new bodies for West Hartlepool. However, a separate central exit will be fitted, and the new vehicles will seat 45 passengers, with a body layout similar to 13 dual-entrance Leopards already in service.
