IN the House of Commons last week Vice-Admiral Taylor asked the Minister of Transport whether the extended periods of A and B licences allowed for in the new Regulations would be made retrospective in their application to existing licence.
Mr. Burgin replied that he had no power to apply the regulations to existing licences.
