To comply with new British and Continental vehicle lighting regulations, J. Lucas Ltd has introdbced a combined safety reflector pack containing both side and rear reflectors suitable for small trailers and certain commercial vehicles.
The, pack incorporates a set of fixing screws, together with a template and details of legislation concerning reflectors.
When fitted, the reflectors not only provide more safety because of easier visibility, but will also keep the motorist well in the boundary of the law which states that from January 1 1971 most trailers and long vehicles must be fitted with the new amber side reflectors and all trailers and caravans must fit the new triangular rear reflectors by July 11972.
The four amber side reflectors are flush mounted on a white backing plate and measure 3.75in. in length.
