Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Chrysler United Kingdom is moving some departments now based at Quadrant House, Dunstable, and at Bowater House, Knightsbridge, London, to the Midlands. Some sections of departments at Quadrant House will also move to the company's Dunstable plant.

The move affects sections of Chrysler's manufacturing, finance and personnel divisions. The company's sales and marketing, technical and engineering, purchasing and quality and reliability divisions are already located at Coventry, and the parts division at Birmingham.

While the administrative offices of the company will now be based in Coventry, the registered headquarters of Chrysler United Kingdom will still be at Bowater House, which also continues to be the European administrative centre of Chrysler International.

Mr Gilbert Hunt, managing director and chief executive officer of Chrysler UK, will continue to have his offices at Bowater House, and the principal functions of the British company also remaining there include the public relations and treasury departments and the company secretary and his staff.
