Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE uses of the Jeep are already familiar to farmers, foresters and others, but Messrs. Motorcraft Garages, 317-323, London Road, Isleworth. have designed a power take-off, winch and gantry which will further enhance the value of the vehicle. The entire assembly is sturdy and simple in character, and is fitted without complication.

The take-off is driven from the transfer box, through a propeller shaft to a worm and worm-wheel at the rear, on the drum assembly. No brake is needed, as the worm is not reversible. A simple lever, near the take-off, operates the normal vehicle clutch.

The 1-ton gantry, which is strongly triangulated and constructed from angle iron, is an optional fitting, as is a belt-driving attachment for other drives.

Prices are as follows:—Guaranteed reconditioned vehicle with power takeoff and winch, £435; with gantry also. £450; with belt-drive in addition, £470. Delivery is stated to be about six weeks.
