Parts management
• In conjunction with the Road Transport Industry Training Board, ERF has come up with a new training scheme for parts managers of ERF truck distributors and dealers.
Managing A Parts Operation includes sections on Understanding Figures; Planning for Profit; and Making Things Happen.
On completion managers receive a certificate of achievement issued jointly by the RTITB and ERF. Students learn at their own pace and place of work.
