There was some enterprising selling of freight service at the Royal Highland Show recently, I'm told. BRS had a stand at the Ingleston showground near Edinburgh and as well as meeting customers to discuss their problems the company's personnel were booking freight on the site. Anyone purchasing equipment from a stand at the show had the facility of booking a BRS vehicle to deliver it direct to his premises. And some of the exhibitors used BRS for the collection and delivery of stand equipment.
