THE report stage of the, Transport Bill in the House of Lords was due to start on Wednesday (July 9). A number of Opposition amendments had been put clown, one seeking to 'ensure that the Commission was placed on the same footing as other transport undertakings as regards licensing.
Ahother amendment sought to compel the Commission -to differentiate in its accounts between the results of its various activities.
