Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GILTSPUR is to put the 9ft 9in cockleshell of that name in the International Boat Show at Earl's Court. It is the craft that 39-yearold Tom (Moby) McClean sailed from St John's, Newfoundland, to Falmouth in 50 days 18 hours 28 minutes.

With Giltspur's sponsorship, the feat earned for this former paratrooper and SAS soldier the honour of Man of the Year from the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation. He shared it with 10 others, including Lt-Gen Sir Steuart Pringle, Commandant General of the Royal Marines.

This was a repeat performance because Tom also won the title in 1969 when he was the first man to row the Atlantic solo in 70 days and set up a record that still stands.
