Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SOUTHEND Borough Transport has ordered three Van Hool Astromega double-deck coaches for its Southend to London and Heathrow coach service.

The three coaches are 80-seat three-axle 12m machines and are to be powered by MercedesBenz 0M422 engines coupled to Allison four-speed fully-automatic gearboxes.

They will be supplied by the Moseley Group, and are to be delivered in April or May next year.

Southend also invited quotes from several chassis and bodybuilders including Leyland, MCW, Hestair-Dennis, Northern Counties and dealers Carlton and Ensign for Neoplan and Berkhof-bodied vehicles.
