Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AVON has brought an old idea up to date with a new product from its industrial polymers division.

The Avon Flexitank, on display at the Royal Smithfield Show this week, is a container bag which may be used for carrying and/or storing non-hazardous liquids.

The Wiltshire-based company will supply the Flexitank in a range of sizes to suit the specific gravity of the liquid being carried and it sees the main advantage for container operators as being the way in which a suitable size bag can turn a standard 20ft ISO container into a bulk fluid tanker. Once the Flexitank has been emptied it can be folded and stowed in a valise and the container used for another load immediately.

Two bulkhead sections are supplied by Avon with the Flexitank system and these bulkheads double as pallets for carrying the bag when it is not being used.

Avon makes its Flexitanks from a range of materials to suit the various liquids being carried but Dupont's HypoIon is currently used extensively.

The retail price of the Flexitank, depending upon size and specification varies from £2,500 £3,000
