• Waste management group Leigh Interests has bought a 12.7% stake in Wistech, the waste management company which runs tanker fleets in South Wales and Scotland.
Midlands-based Leigh, which announced an expansion drive this year, has bought about 10 small waste vehicle operators since April and added 50 vehicles to its 400-strong fleet.
