Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FREIGHT Transport Association will hold 13 two-day transport law courses at regional centres throughout the country next year.

The purpose of these detailed courses is to bring delegates fully up-to-date on transport legislation, with reference being made to possible future developments.

Course content will comprehensively cover the law relating to: operator-licensing; drivers' hours, records and tachographs; road traffic offences; traffic regulations; construction and use; plating and testing.

Speakers will be drawn from FTA staff. Numbers will be strictly limited to give ample opportunity for discussion and questions. The course fee is £150 plus vat per delegate.

Interested organisations should contact the Association's training department on 0892 883688.
