Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MODERNIZATION of the booking ball at Victoria Coach Station, London, has now been completed. The work has been carried on over the past four months, whilst booking work continued. The existing counter has been re-used to some degree, although it is not now recognizable as such. It has a black Formica top with mahogany nosings, and a complete plate-glass screen has been installed between the counter and the main hall. Eight booking positions are included in the plate-glass screen, with Hygiaphone speaking units. An acoustic ceiling has been fixed below the level of the old ceiling. New poster frames, display lighting and barriers have been put in.
