AT Aberdeen on Tuesday, Mr. L. A. Wells, deputy Scottish Licensing Authority, refused an application by Percy Finnie, of New Pitsligo, for seven vehicles on A licence. Three B-licensed vehicles would be surrendered if the grant were made.
