MR. E. B. JAMES will become chief purchasing officer of the B.E.T. Federation, Ltd., on February 1, succeeding MR. K. C. WHEATLEY, Who is to retire at the end of March. Mr. James was purchasing manager of Petrofina (Gt. Britain), Ltd., until he joined the Federation last September.
