Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BEDFORD commercial vehicles are to be sold in West Germany through a new marketing organisation.

General Motors is to establish the operation to sell commercial vehicles — mainly Bedford in Europe — as a division of General Motors Deutschland. It will be called GM Trucks and initially based at Dortmund. Here, a wholesale truck distribution centre and a local dealership will be opened by the end of the year employing up to 100 people.

This is the first phase of GM's commercial vehicle sales drive on the Continent and the company expects to sell around 500 vehicles from Dortmund in its first full year.

The Bedford CF van, known in West Germany as the Bedford Blitz, will still be distributed by Opel.
